- The empty 20ltr jars are first cleaned manually and checked for any defects.
- Once the jar are passed they are cleaned automatically twice first from inside then from outside
- Once the cleaning is done they again go through a manual inspection, and the faulty jars are resented for rewash.
- The passed and clean bottles are set on a ramp for five way wash with hot and cold ozonated water.
- Then jars are passes on to jars fillers where it gets filled.

Quality Parameters
- Every day 4 times samples of water that are filled in to the bottles are taken and various testing is done.
- First it is checked for odor if any, presence of alkanity , magnesium, chlorine and calcium.
- The water is also checked in machines like PH Meter , TDS (Total Dissolve Solids) Meter .
- The aerobic microbial count and pathogen testing is also conducted .
